Digital Products

All our digital products are delivered in PDF format, via WhatsApp or email.
The usual delivery time is up to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to a maximum of 5 business days.

We will notify you via WhatsApp or email when your Birth Chart is ready to be sent.

Physical Products

Physical products are shipped through third-party providers, so delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping company.

When purchasing a physical product, we will always provide an estimated delivery date based on the information available from the provider.
Mis Astros is committed to managing and tracking each shipment to help ensure every package reaches its destination correctly; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as they depend on these providers.

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
If the product has not arrived within 30 days of purchase and a shorter delivery timeframe had previously been indicated, you may request a refund.
