💰 Returns and Refunds Policy

We want your experience to be positive and meaningful.
If the product did not meet your expectations or you did not feel connected to the reading, you may request a full refund.

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to submit your request.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 business days from confirmation of the request.

Refunds apply only to digital products.
Physical products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. In such situations, each case will be evaluated individually and the appropriate decisions will be made.

Refunds are not issued for taxes, perceptions, or financial charges applied by banks or payment issuing entities, as these amounts are neither charged nor managed by our store.
