1. Nature of the Product

Most of our products are digital, personalized, and delivered in PDF format via WhatsApp or email.
If a physical product is purchased, shipping will be handled through third-party providers.

2. Purchase Process

The customer must provide the necessary information — date, time, and place of birth — accurately.
We are not responsible for incorrect interpretations when the information provided by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Delivery Times

Digital products:

Usual delivery time: up to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended up to 5 business days.

Physical products:

The order is shipped through third-party providers, so delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics.
At the time of purchase, an estimated delivery date will be provided based on the provider’s information.
We cannot guarantee exact dates, as they depend on third parties; however, we track the shipment to help ensure it arrives correctly.

If the product has not arrived within 30 days of purchase and a shorter timeframe had been indicated, the customer may request a refund.

4. Right to Refund

If the digital product does not meet your expectations or you do not feel connected to it, you may request a refund within 15 calendar days after delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Physical products are only refundable if they do not arrive within more than 30 days, within the promised timeframe if the promised timeframe is longer than 30 days, or if they have a manufacturing defect, subject to individual evaluation.

5. Personal Use

The content delivered is for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written authorization.

6. Communication

All official communication will be carried out through the email or WhatsApp number provided at the time of purchase.

7. Taxes, Bank Charges, and Currency Conversions

The prices published on the website correspond exclusively to the value of the product or service offered.

Depending on the buyer’s country and the bank that issued the card, the transaction may be subject to local taxes, perceptions, international charges, or currency conversions applied by the bank or payment provider.

These charges are determined exclusively by the customer’s financial institution and are neither established nor collected by our store. Therefore, they are not part of the product price and cannot be modified or managed by us.

We recommend checking with your bank or card issuer regarding any possible additional charges before making a purchase.
